The dome and the fire chamber are made out of chamotte brick and reinforced concrete. These two compose the base structure of the barbeque + oven ensemble, cladded at the exterior with decorative natural stone (Limestone Vratza Splitface 7 cm x LL). On top of this add a steel lid for closing the oven when heating for a uniform cooking of the meal. All elements are fixed together with a thermoresistant adhesive (Weber SuperFlex 25 kg) and when delivered the product is accompanied by a detailed assembly guide so that it can be installed in optimum conditions.

The cream colored natural stones are carefully picked and matched so that they reflect the owner’s and the house’s personality, whereas the exceptional quality materials promise for a long lasting use.
installing instructions: The grill will be installed on a stable platform, fixed and plane, and the individual components are fastened together in the guide order with an adhesive cement. When assembling the components inside and around the dome choose a heat-resistant adhesive. For good adhesion, make sure the parts are well watered after joining, clean all surfaces. The grill is ready for use after drying adhesive that lasts between 3 and 5 hours, depending on the season.
To move the dome, which is the heaviest component, which weighs about 200 kg, it takes two people.
How to use: For use, we recommend filling the grill with wood or coal and preheat the metal grill over the embers before putting food on it (in this way avoiding sudden changes in temperature).
How to use the barbeque: We recommend placing wood in the middle of the dome, thus avoiding sudden temperature changes in the fuel chamber through the use of petroleum products. Subsequently, the oven will be heated for 1-2 hours until the bricks turn white, a sign that it is time to add the food. Finally the dome is to be closed with its iron lid and its sides are sealed with mud or with a mixture made from ash, flour and water.
How to isolate the oven: The better the insulation, the more heat is preserved and the more efficiently the oven works. Therefore, we provide a complementary accessory, the furnace roof, which will be located at the top of the dome. The remained empty space is to be filled with a mixture of salt and quartz sand in equal proportions. Another isolation option is the use of insulating glass wool and hexagonal wire mesh coated with a flame retardant mixture such as chamotte.
