The LTP Grout & Tile Protector is a versatile impregnating sealer designed to protect grout joints and walls both indoors and outdoors. This product is ideal for use on surfaces made from natural and artificial stone, ceramic tiles, concrete, brick, quarry stone, and masonry. It is suitable for areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, garages, terraces, and balconies.

Recommended Usage

The product is suitable for various applications including bathroom surfaces, covered terraces, stairs, countertops, window sills, fireplaces, and uncovered terraces. It is also ideal for exterior and interior wall cladding, floor covering, and paving with varying traffic intensities.

Application Instructions

Clean the surface with specific detergents and ensure it is completely dry. Test the solution on a less visible area before full application. Shake the can well and spray a thin coat from 15-20 cm away in a sweeping motion. Apply within a temperature range of +5 to +25°C. For more porous surfaces, repeat the procedure. Allow 2-3 hours for drying, and 24 hours in wet areas before use. Apply additional coats as needed for complete protection.

Coverage

A 600 ml spray can cover approximately 600 sqm of joints and 5-25 sqm area depending on the surface’s porosity and the number of coats applied.

Storage and Precautions

Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Clean porous surfaces first with LTP Mattstone or LTP Colour Intensifier. Remove residues immediately. Avoid spraying on acrylic or colored surfaces; protect these areas before application. Keep out of reach of children. Extremely flammable product; avoid heat and open flames. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection.

Environmental and Safety Warnings

May cause drowsiness and dizziness. Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Avoid skin and eye contact. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical advice immediately and keep the product label at hand.
