Delivery
What delivery options are available?
Standard Delivery – unloading is the customer's responsibility
Premium Delivery (Bucharest and Ilfov) – mechanized unloading, with lift and sling, directly onto the property (where access allows)
Courier delivery – only for compact products, under 30 kg and non-breakable, that meet courier companies' rules (e.g., sealing / maintenance / cleaning products, or certain products from the SKIN range)
Pickup from the Bucharest warehouse – the customer arranges transport themselves; loading is done ONLY MECHANICALLY (exception: small products, which can be loaded by hand – sealing / maintenance / cleaning products, certain SKIN products, small sanitary items)
In the Bucharest-Ilfov area, we deliver with our own fleet, and nationally with our partner fleet. All deliveries are carried out by authorized carriers, PIATRAONLINE partners. Full details can be found on the How do we ship? page.
