What conditions must the delivery location meet?

Surface: hard, resistant ground (concrete or asphalt), flat, with no steps or thresholds; delivery on gravel or grass is not possible
Truck access: the road must be passable for freight vehicles
Slope: the maximum ground incline must not exceed 10%
Mechanized delivery (Premium): the width of the access route to the property (gate / garden) must be at least 3 meters

IMPORTANT! You must inform us of any tonnage or access restrictions when specifying the delivery location. If delivery cannot be carried out due to your absence or undeclared restrictions, a re-delivery fee applies (usually equal to the original shipping cost).
