How long does natural stone delivery take?
Bucharest (in-stock products): 1-2 business days
Nationwide (in-stock products): 2-3 business days
Made-to-order products / special pieces: the timeframe is communicated when the order is placed (varies by product)
Delivery times apply from the moment payment is recorded in the system; for products that need restocking, delivery times start after the restocking period. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Once we've agreed on a delivery date together, we do everything on our end to meet it. There are occasionally exceptional situations beyond our control (crises affecting international shipping, partner carriers' schedules, extreme weather, difficult access to the address, etc.); in these cases we'll let you know quickly about any delays.
