DELIVERY
Delivery methods:
For stock products, delivery time starts from 7 working days, after payment confirmation.
European deliveries (EU/Non-EU): stock products will be delivered in 2 - 14 working days (depending on the type of delivery you choose: Express delivery or Road delivery). For out-of-stock products, the delivery time will be estimated upon placing the order.
Deliveries outside Europe are shipped by sea freight: LCL or FCL. Stock products are delivered in 10-45 days, depending on the destination. For custom/out-of-stock products, the delivery time will be estimated upon placing the order.
As soon as we inform the customer about the delivery time, PIATRAONLINE will strive to meet the business terms. Nevertheless, for exceptional situations beyond any control (such as political conflicts that impact the circulation and the relation with suppliers, or issues caused by the carrier partners, also beyond our control, extreme situations caused by severe weather, or locations difficult to access, etc.). For all the above-mentioned situations, we will promptly notify you of any delay.
IMPORTANT! For any order status, get in touch with your designated Customer Support Representative. The status can also be checked by the logistics department, but only after being notified of your order being dispatched. For efficiency, always specify your invoice number via e-mail.
All deliveries are made by authorized carriers and PIATRAONLINE partners.
IMPORTANT! Deliveries with unloading the goods service will be carried out with delivery trucks provided with hydraulic ramps for loading and unloading your order. However, all European deliveries are carried out with standard trucks, and no hydraulic ramp.
Europe deliveries are carried out by PIATRAONLINE carrier partners, to make sure everything takes place in perfect conditions.
For your safety, PIATRAONLINE deliveries have a CMR insurance policy. Any potential issue is addressed as soon as possible.
