Weber Color Perfect Almond 5 Kg – Flexible wall & floor grout

A cement based powder with an added silicone, additives and pigments. It contains additives against fungi and the formation of cracks. High flexibility with an increased resistance to fading and water. Easy to clean.

The surface it’s applied on: It can be used in humid or dry enclosures such as showers, kitchens, bathrooms, commercial areas as well as areas with high pedestrian traffic or heated floors.

Support preparation: The joints must be cleaned of dust and adhesive mortar. Before grouting it is recommended to wait 24 hours since cladding the walls or floors.

Method of work and preparation: Pour 5kg of Weber.Color Perfect in approx. 15 liters of water until you get a homogeneous, plastic, lump-free mortar. Homogenization can be achieved using an electric mixer or a trowel. After obtaining a homogeneous paste, leave it for 5 minutes, then mix again well.

The obtained mortar is applied in the open network of joints using a rubber trowel or squeegee. The excess material is removed with a damp sponge float. After an appropriate waiting time of about 5-10 minutes, depending on weather conditions on site, wash diagonally on the joint section with a wet sponge. Washing will be made so that the joints will remain closed and smooth.

Recommendations:
Freshly filled joints will be protected against direct sunlight, wind, rain and frost.

These times are given for a temperature of 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 65%. Higher temperatures shorten these times while lower ones increase them. Contains cement.
