Yes. PIATRAONLINE's main range remains standard products, but an important specialty of ours is the CUSTOM area, where we cut special pieces to your exact size: kitchen and bathroom countertops, steps, risers, sills, and decorative pieces. We have two categories:

• ATELIER – special pieces made from the standard ranges (countertops, steps, risers, sills, etc.). You purchase exactly the pieces your project needs, and any cutting losses are PIATRAONLINE's responsibility. Minimum order: 5 sqm. Production time: 3-4 weeks.

• SLAB GALLERY – slabs made of exotic materials (marble, granite, onyx). You choose the slab, and we cut it exactly the way you want. All the material from that slab belongs to you, so the minimum order is 1 slab (you can't purchase just a piece of a slab). Timeframe: 2-3 weeks for slabs with no cutting / customization, and 4-6 weeks with cutting. Any leftover material from the slab can't be counted as separate pieces, since many unforeseen issues can arise during cutting, and how the slab is cut to obtain the pieces the customer wants is at the discretion of the cutting workshop teams.

IMPORTANT! Once an order is released to the workshop, it can no longer be modified. We recommend that the same team that installs the stone also take the measurements.
