What happens if I want to cancel my order?
For standard, in-stock products: the order can be canceled even after payment. The money is refunded through the same method used for the original payment, subject to the legal limits in force; if the amount exceeds that limit, the refund is made by bank transfer.
For products brought into stock specifically for your order, and for special / custom orders: these CANNOT be canceled once placed.
IMPORTANT! The starting point is the moment of payment: by paying, you confirm the order, the quantities, and the dimensions.
