LTP Grout Stain Remover Overview
LTP Grout Stain Remover is a professional detergent designed to remove grout stains, cement residues, and rust from acid-resistant surfaces such as granite, slate, sandstone, quartzite, ceramic tiles, terracotta, and brick. Due to its acid-based formula, it is crucial to test the product on a less visible area before general application to ensure compatibility with the surface.
Advantages and Benefits
This product effectively removes adhesive and grout residues, lime deposits, and rust stains. It is highly recommended for post-construction cleaning and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Its versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of surfaces and applications.
Product Characteristics
LTP Grout Stain Remover is particularly suitable for unpolished surfaces and should be used with extra care on polished surfaces. It is compatible with acid-resistant stone surfaces such as outdoor paving, flagstone, splitface cladding, Japanese steps, slabs, countertops, stairs, window sills, and furniture elements. Avoid using on calcareous, acid-sensitive surfaces like marble, travertine, and onyx.
Recommended Usage
This product is suitable for use in bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, garages, walls, and floors in both public and residential interior and exterior decoration projects. Ensure to protect and cover acid-sensitive surfaces such as stainless steel, chrome, enamel, and some mosaics during application.
Application and Maintenance
The detergent can be used undiluted or diluted with water. Shake well before use. For mild cases and absorbent tiles, dilute 1 part solution in 4 parts cold water, apply with a cloth or sponge, and wipe with a clean damp cloth. For more severe cases, dilute 1 part solution in 1 part cold water, apply directly, agitate with a brush, and leave for 5-10 minutes while keeping the surface wet. Rinse with clean water. In extreme cases, use undiluted, agitate with a stiff brush, and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
