Blackstone Water-Based Sealer
Blackstone is an ecological, water-based impregnating sealer specifically formulated for restoring the appearance of faded dark natural and artificial stone surfaces. Recommended Uses
Ideal for exterior paving, swimming pools, uncovered terraces, and wet spaces. Suitable for medium and high traffic paving, as well as exterior wall cladding and floor covering.
Application Instructions
Before application, ensure the surface is clean and dry. Shake the container well, then apply a thin coat using a brush, sponge, applicator, or mop. Allow the sealer to absorb and dry, with the option to apply additional coats if necessary. Avoid stepping on the surface for at least 4 hours post-application. Full curing is achieved in approximately 24 hours.
Maintenance
Once cured, rinse the surface with diluted LTP Power Stripper to remove any excess sealer. Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from frost, for up to 2 years in sealed containers.
Precautions
- Recommended application temperature: +5 to +25°C.
- Permanently darkens the stone and grout joints.
- Color shade depends on the surface's absorption degree.
Coverage
- Lower porosity surfaces: 1 L covers approximately 30 sqm.
- Higher porosity surfaces: 1 L covers approximately 7-8 sqm.
