Recommended Uses
The Blackstone Sealer is recommended for use on covered and uncovered terraces, exterior paving, facades, fences, home bases, and wet spaces. It is suitable for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish.
Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
- Shake the container well and apply a thin coat using a brush, sponge, applicator, or mop.
- Allow the sealer to absorb into porous surfaces and dry before applying additional coats.
- For lower porosity surfaces, remove excess sealer with a cloth.
- Do not walk on the treated surface for at least 4 hours post-application.
- Full curing takes approximately 24 hours, after which excess sealer can be removed with diluted LTP Power Stripper.
Coverage
For lower porosity surfaces, 1 L covers approximately 30 sqm in a single coat. For higher porosity surfaces, 1 L covers about 7-8 sqm in a single coat.
Storage and Packaging
Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment for up to 2 years in sealed containers. Available in 250 ml, 1 L, and 5 L containers.
Precautions
- Recommended temperature range: +5 to +25°C
- Permanent staining solution; darkens stone surfaces and grout joints
- Suitable for light-colored tiles to eliminate discoloration
- Shade depends on surface absorption
