Natural Stone Sealer
LTP Mattstone is a natural finish impregnating sealer suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It is specifically designed for honed surfaces of natural and artificial stone, unglazed ceramic tiles, concrete, brick, and quarry stone. Ideal for use on walls and floors in spaces like bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, garages, terraces, and balconies.

LTP Mattstone offers excellent coverage. Low absorption surfaces require 10 sqm per 1-2 L, while high absorption surfaces need 10 sqm per 3-4 L. It is available in 500 ml, 1 L, and 5 L packaging sizes.
Recommended Uses
This sealer is ideal for medium traffic paving, exterior wall cladding, interior wall cladding, and interior floor covering. It is recommended for use in bathrooms, covered terraces, exterior paving, facades, fireplaces, kitchens, living areas, stairs, countertops, window sills, swimming pools, uncovered terraces, and wet spaces.
Application Instructions
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Shake the can well and apply a thin coat using a brush, cloth, pad, or sponge. The application should be conducted within a temperature range of +5 to +25°C. For very porous surfaces, a second coat may be necessary after 2 hours. Allow the surface to dry for 2 hours, with full effectiveness achieved after 3 days.
Storage and Precautions
Store in a cool, dry place, away from frost. Sealed containers can be stored for up to 4 years. Use in well-ventilated areas and keep away from water for at least 3 days. Avoid applying under direct sunlight and always wear suitable gloves and eye protection during application.
Health and Safety
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not ingest. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical help immediately.
