About LTP Solvex
LTP Solvex is a high-performance cleaning solution specifically formulated to remove residues of wax, silicones, acrylic, and polyurethane sealers, as well as residual epoxy grout. It is suitable for use on a variety of surfaces including natural stone such as marble, granite, travertine, and slate, as well as quarry tiles, flagstone, glazed ceramics, and terracotta.

Recommended Applications
LTP Solvex is ideal for use on fireplaces, uncovered and covered terraces, stairs, countertops, and window sills. It is also suitable for high traffic paving, exterior and interior wall cladding, interior floor covering, and exterior medium traffic paving.
Application Instructions
- Test the solution on a less visible area before general application.
- Transfer the solution into a glass or metallic container, avoiding plastic.
- Apply the solution with a cloth, pad, or brush over surfaces of a maximum of 5 sqm to control its action.
- Allow to react for 30 minutes, keeping the surface moist. Avoid brushing.
- Use a brush or abrasive pad to remove the softened coating.
- Wash with a diluted solution of LTP Grimex and rinse with plenty of water. Repeat until all residues are removed.
- Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours before resealing.
Coverage
Light stripping covers approximately 8 sqm per liter, while deep stripping covers about 5 sqm per liter.
Storage and Packaging
Store in a cool, dry place in a frost-free environment for up to 5 years if sealed. Available in 1 L and 5 L containers.
Precautions
Apply within a temperature range of +5 to +25°C. Avoid prolonged contact with joints filled with epoxy grout and protect acrylic surfaces. Be cautious of drips when applying on vertical surfaces.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. Do not induce vomiting if swallowed. In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately and keep the label or container at hand.
