Installation

For optimal results, it is recommended to use Weber Set Marmo Plus or Weber Set Stone adhesive. The surface must be cleaned and sealed before installation. This travertine can be installed on various substrates, including concrete, cement-faced, and plasterboard surfaces. Use Chit Rosturi Weber Color Perfect for grouting.

Maintenance

To maintain the natural beauty of the travertine, it is advisable to use LTP MPG or LTP Mattstone H20 as a sealer. For color enhancement, LTP Colour Intensifier is recommended. Regular cleaning can be done with LTP Waxwash, while LTP Power Stripper is suitable for light stains or intensive cleaning.

Casa Icoanei, interwar heritage reconfigured for the present

The house recovers its Florentine-Moorish character through the restoration of the façades and the original details, reinterpreted in a contemporary, luminous and rigorously proportioned formula. The main volume is extended vertically, and the openings are recalibrated to bring the morning light inside and to connect the spaces of the house more clearly.
