Benefits of product
perfect for exterior and interior use
resistant to abrasion and weather conditions
compatible with professional solutions for natural stone
recommended for 5-50 mm joints
Direction for use: for grouting natural and artificial stones (reconstructed), with various water absorption level, regular and irregular shapes and joints width 5-50 mm, interior and exterior. This product is also suitable for Nevada glass blocks and Clinker façade.
Ingredients: grouting mortar available as dust, based on cement, with mineral additives and synthetic resins. Material has abrasion resistance and it is easy to apply and clean.
Available colors: WHITE or GREY
Packaging: 20 kg paper sacks, 1080 kg pallet (54 sacks).
Underlay preparation: joints have to be dust free and wiped from dry adhesive mortar. Grout joint is applied after minimum 24 hours since installation.
Preparation and usage: pour the content of 1 sack in approximately 4 l of cold water and use an electric mixer for mixing until homogenous, no lumps. Time-out for 5 minutes, then mix again. The obtained mortar is applied directly on joint network with margin trowel (for joints). Excess material is wiped with trowel and wet sponge. After 15-30 minutes it is diagonally wash with wet sponge over the joint section. Be very careful because joints must remain closed and smooth. Depending on your underlay (or stone type), repeat washing as needed or clean the surfaces with a soft hand brush.
Suggestions: installation within temperature range + 5 to + 30 °C; bad weather (rain, snow, strong wind, direct exposure to sunlight) should be avoided. Grouted joints should be protected from freeze and the already mentioned bad weather conditions for 24 hours. You can use the surfaces after 24 hours. The used tools should be washed immediately with water.
