This Weber N17 white cement based leveling plaster can be used in interior arrangements in both residential and public spaces. This product is used to level the surface of concrete, cement groutings, cement-lime groutings, drywall groutings and drywall. This product works perfectly in the natural stone cladding process. Warning: do not use in places with permanent moisture.
A professional quality mineral compound based powder, rich in additives and synthetic resins. It can be applied in a thick layer of up to 7 mm and presents itself with a good support adherence and resistance. In order for the product to function at optimal parameters, the support surface must be clean (grease, bitumen, dust etc.), dry, fixed and undeformable. Prior to application, layers with poor mechanical resistance must be removed. Concrete must be at maturity age and groutings should have average absorption level. By applying a coat of weber GR100 primer you will reduce or uniform the water absorption level of the supporting surface.
Work and preparation method
Pour the contents of one bag in approx. 7 - 7.5 liters of clean and cold water, and mix with an electric mixer until you get a homogeneous paste without lumps. & Nbsp; The obtained material is applied with a clean stainless steel trowel in layers of up to a 7 mm thickness. & nbsp; The next layer will be applied after the previous one dries out or wet on wet. The drying time of & nbsp; a 5mm thick layer is approx. 24 hours, but it can vary depending on humidity and temperature. Applied layers can be finished by smoothening using a trowel before the material grips onto the surface. Dry surfaces can be polished with very fine sandpaper. Resulted dust will be cleaned off the support surface with a soft brush (paintbrush). To obtain very fine and super white surfaces, we recommend applying a thin layer of weber N19 plaster & nbsp;.
Recommendations:
Works will be executed at an air and support temperature between + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C. Wash used tools with water immediately after use.
