Composition:
Weber N19 is a super white professional quality resin based plaster with mineral additions. Has a good adherence and resistance. Nontoxic product.
Surface it’s applied on:
The Weber N19 plaster can be applied on concrete, grouting, light grouting and drywall.
The support on which it is applied must be cleaned, undeformable, fixed and must be at maturity age.
Support preparation:
Check if the supporting surface is clean, undeformable, fixed and has the maturing age.
Clean the supporting surface of any impurities.
Work and preparation method:
Mix one 20 kg bag of Weber N19 with approx. 8 liters of clean water until you get a homogenous mix. Wait 5 minutes then mix again.
The prepared material must be applied with a steel or mechanical trowel layers of maximum 2 mm thickness each.

Recommendations:
Application temperature: between +5°C to +30°C
Once the Weber N19 plaster has dried you may go ahead and apply the paint on top of it.
Usage characteristics:
Waiting time after mixing: 5 minutes
Application time: 48 hours since preparing the paste
Layer thickness: maximum 2 mm
These times are given for a 20 degree C temperature and a relative humidity of 65%. Higher temperature values shorten these times while lower ones increase them.

Validity term:
12 months from the date of manufacture if stored on wooden pallets in a dry environment.
Consumption:
