This plaster is used in the case of finishing touches applied over concrete, light concrete and groutings before painting. The Weber N15 plaster works perfectly not only in interior arrangements but also in terms of exterior ones. Having a white color, this finishing plaster is a cement based superior quality product with mineral additions. Has a good resistance and adherence while also being nontoxic. Using it by following standard methods ensures successful arrangements which will last a long time and will also benefit from a pleasant and neat appearance.

The surface its applied on
The Weber N15 plaster can be applied on concrete and light concrete surfaces as well as over groutings. The supporting layer on which its applied must be cleaned, fixed, undeformable and must be at maturing age.
Check if the support it clean, undeformable, fixed and has maturation age. Clean the supporting layer of any impurities.
Work and preparation method:
Mix one 20 kg bag of Weber N15 with approx. 7 liters of clean water until you get a homogenous paste. Wait 5 minutes than mix again. The prepared material must be applied with a mechanic or steel trowel in layers of maximum 3 mm thickness but no more than 5 mm in total. The following Weber N15 layer can be applied once the one applied before has completely dried.
Application temperature: between +5°C to +30°C. You may apply paint straight onto the Weber N15 grouting once dried.
Waiting time after mixing: 5 minutes
Time for application: 2 hours from preparing the paste
Thickness of a layer: maximum 3 mm
Total thickness: maximum 5 mm
The surfaces become usable after approx. 24 hours
These times are given for a temperature of 20 degrees C and a relative humidity of 65%. Higher temperatures shorten these times, while longer ones shorten them.
Contains cement and makes an alkaline reaction with water. Protect the eyes and skin. In the case of eye contact, wash with plenty of water and ask for de doctor’s advice.

12 months from the date of manufacture if stored on wooden pallets in a dry environment.
