Support preparation:
Support surface must be clean, non-deformable and have a fixed grip and age of maturity. If appropriate, support is processed mechanically by blasting or milling. Apply a coat of primer binding product weber GR100 1 day prior to the screed.
Work and preparation method:
Pour the contents of one bag in 6 2 liters of water and mix mechanically using an electric mixer with a low speed until getting a homogeneous paste. After obtaining a homogeneous paste, leave it for 2 minutes. Pour the obtained mixture on the prepared surface. Remove air bubbles using a roller with spikes especially for the self-leveling screed. The layer thickness within an application cycle is 2-10 mm. For application in several layers, the next layer is applied only after the previous one has hardened.
Recommendations:
Application temperature between + 5 deg C and + 30 deg C. During application, the area must be protected from strong sunlight and rain. It is recommended that the compressive strength of the substrate is at least 15 N / sqmm. Do not apply on wet surfaces. Please respect the recommended amount of water when mixing.
Usage characteristics:
Waiting time after mixing: 2 minutes
Time for application: 10 minutes
Layer thickness: max 10 mm
* if the finish is made with ceramic tiles, they can be applied after about 7 days.
