Weber.Set Superflex is a flexible adhesive which can be applied on thin cement-based supporting layers. It contains professional quality synthetic resins. This adhesive comes with increased adherence, fact which allows it to be used for fixing large stone tiles. This product is non-toxic.
Professional adhesive for cladding marble, travertine, granite, slate, tile, hone, klinker and other similar construction materials in dry, wet and underwater environments. We also recommend this product for installing garden Barbeques and ovens. It can also be used for terraces, facades, cold rooms, swimming pools, heated floorings, wooden and metal surfaces etc.
Application surface: On all undeformable surfaces used in the construction industry as well as on surfaces with low or very high water absorption levels: cement, easy cement, porous cement, freshly grouted cement, lime cement groutings, fresh groutings, old cement screeds, plasterboards, rigid foam boards, expanded polystyrene, brickwork, ceramics, wood, metal, PVC.

Support Preparation:
Check if the support is consistent, clean, dry and fixed.
Clean the dust and other impurities off the supporting surface
Work and preparation method:
Mix one 25 kg sack of Weber.Set Superflex with 6,5 liters of water until you get a homogeneous aspect. Stir again after a 5-10 minutes break.
Spread the resulting paste on the supporting layer using a grooved trowel, but do not cover more than around 2,5 sqm at once.
Fix the tiles on the contact layer by manually pressing on top of them.
Recommendations:
Do not wet the tiles before cladding.
Respect the water quantity required for mixing.
Application temperature: between +5°C º +30°C.
Usage characteristics:
Time to wait after mixing: 5-10 minutes
Time for application: 4-6 hours after preparing the paste
Time for forming the crust: 25 minutes
Adjustment time: 30 minutes after applying it on the supporting surface
The cladding becomes usable after 24 hours
These times are given for a 20 degrees C temperature and a relative air humidity of 65%. Higher temperatures shorten these times while lower one lengthen them.

Contains cement. Has an alkaline reaction in contact with water. Please protect your eyes and skin. In the case of contact with the eyes, clean them with plenty of water and ask for the doctor’s advice.
