About Granite
Granite is a natural stone known for its remarkable color variations, durability, and unmatched beauty. The Artico Grey Granite with a flamed finish exemplifies these qualities, offering a powerful charisma and an intense color range with primarily grey shades, subtle white tones, and black accents.
Advantages and Benefits
Artico Grey Granite adds significant value to spaces, creating a sophisticated ambiance. Its durability and aesthetic appeal make it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial projects.
Key Features
The flamed finish is achieved by applying a flame of approximately 2000 degrees Celsius to the stone surface, causing the surface layer to expand and flake off, resulting in a rough texture. The tile variation in thickness is about 1-5 mm. Dimensions are 60 x 30 cm with a thickness of 1.8 cm.
Recommended Uses
This granite is suitable for interior and exterior applications, including medium traffic areas such as covered terraces, exterior paving, facades, and swimming pools. It is perfect for both wall cladding and floor covering.
Installation Guidelines
- All tiles need to be wiped clean before installation.
- Handle with care as this is a natural material.
- Ensure proper bonding by applying adhesive over the entire surface of the tiles.
- Recommended adhesive: Weber Set Marmo Plus / Weber Set Stone / Weber Set Porcelain Max².
- Use Weber Color Comfort for grouting, available in 30 shades.
Maintenance Tips
- Use LTP Grimex for cleaning before and after installation.
- Seal the surface with LTP Mattstone.
- For ongoing cleaning and maintenance, use LTP Waxwash, which will not affect sealed surfaces.
Conclusion
Artico Grey Flamed Granite is a premium choice for enhancing both interior and exterior spaces with its durability and aesthetic appeal. With proper installation and maintenance, it will continue to bring elegance and sophistication to your projects for years to come.

Panoramic, a reinvented symbol of contemporary Brașov
Panoramic reopens its doors in a form that preserves the building's modernist memory and translates it through light, transparency, materiality and a direct relationship with the landscape. The original building dates from the 1970s, and the contemporary intervention preserves the scale, proportions and structural logic of the modernist landmark.
Casa Icoanei, interwar heritage reconfigured for the present
The house recovers its Florentine-Moorish character through the restoration of the façades and the original details, reinterpreted in a contemporary, luminous and rigorously proportioned formula. The main volume is extended vertically, and the openings are recalibrated to bring the morning light inside and to connect the spaces of the house more clearly.
