Slate is a sedimentary, metamorphic, hard and durable natural stone. Available in a wide color range and many finishes (polished, brushed, riven or tumbled), slate can be used for interior and exterior decoration projects, underfloor heating included. In terms of availability, slate can be found as tiles, panels, mosaic, cobblestone, countertops and SKIN flexible slate.
Brown Slate Wall Cladding Panel displays colors with metallic touch, which makes it ideal for industrial style wall cladding projects. It is recommended for both interior and exterior decoration projects, for wall cladding, facades of buildings, fence poles. You can create amazing touches with this material in interior decoration projects, such as fireplaces, walls.
For installation, used a notched trowel for “combing” the GR100 adhesive and levelling absorption. Recommended adhesives are ST10, Weber Set Stone and Weber Set Marmo Plus and depending on application, adhesives are required to be flexible or not. For aftercare we recommend LTP professional solutions – detergents and sealers – such as LTP Mattstone, LTP Mattstone H20 and Grout & Tile Protector and for sealing and color enhancement, it is recommended Color Intensifier. Selection of detergents is based on how dirty is the surface and the type of stain.
