The BERA Gravel Fix® Pro XL honeycomb panel is an advanced and recyclable gravel stabilisation system, designed for high-quality professional outdoor projects. Thanks to its hexagonal honeycomb structure made of high-strength polypropylene cells, it provides a solid and stable base for applying gravel on pathways, driveways, car parks and terraces.

The Pro XL variant is delivered folded (book-fold) — the panel folds in the centre for easy transport and storage, with transport dimensions of 1176 x 764 x 64 mm. When unfolded, the panel covers an area of 1.8 m², offering an optimal balance between ease of handling and installation efficiency. This format is ideal for both residential projects and medium-sized commercial developments.

Compatible filling materials:

The BERA Gravel Fix® Pro XL honeycomb panel is compatible with a variety of granular materials: decorative gravel, crushed stone, sand, shells, mulch or soil. The 42 mm cell diameter allows the use of granules up to 32 mm in size.

Installation:

Installation is simple and fast: unfold the panel from its folded (book-fold) position, join the panels together and secure them using the integrated connector system or with plastic pegs in the specially provided holes. No special tools are required. If needed, the panel can be cut with a standard saw to fit any surface shape. The use of BERA T-Edge Pro or L-Edge Pro border edging is recommended to prevent panel movement at the edges.

Quantity calculation:

One Pro XL panel covers 1.8 m² when unfolded. To calculate the number of panels required, divide the total surface area (in m²) by 1.8. Example: for 18 m² you will need 10 Pro XL panels.
