Volakas Marble is a very popular stone from our product range, similar to a Snow White wanted by everybody from a white marble. Remarkable because of its subtle veins, this natural stone is easy to match with any design style, regardless of its color range.
The splitface finish underlines the natural stone hardness, which ironically conveys a relaxing atmosphere into your decorated space. Volakas marble tiles are very popular, because of their quality-price ratio and the installation completed fast and easy.
Installation can be done with or without joints, depending on your preferences. Besides, Volakas Splitface marble with its 7 cm width is recommended for cladding projects, interior and exterior and many design styles such as modern, minimalist, classic, industrial, etc.

Tips for installation:
– installation is just as important as choosing your stone;
– use Weber Set Marmo Plus for binding natural stone tiles;
– it is recommended to use Weber Color Perfect (available in 30 different color shades) for grouting, after binding the tiles;
– because of its soft color, the stone must be cleaned over the edge before installation, thus also avoiding the probability of color turned yellow;
– for installation projects up to 3 m height, you cand clad directly over the thermal insulation panel, wood or brick;
– for installation projects above 3 m height, it is mandatory to use reinforcing net plus a couple of dowels for attaching it to the thermal insulation panel;
– for installation project over drywall, it is mandatory to use rabitz wire mesh.
Tips for natural stone aftercare:
– clean surfaces with LTP Grimex;
– take into account the type of finish when choosing your sealing agent; in here we recommend LTP Mattstone or LTP Mattstone H20;
– use LTP Waxwash for daily cleaning and aftercare;
– for stubborn stains use LTP Power Stripper.
