How do I order?
You can order online at piatraonline.com, by phone at +40 219 907, or by email at [email protected].
If you run into any issues during the ordering process, try a different web browser: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. The product you want to order can be found using the search field or directly from the product page. Once you click “ADD TO CART,” the product is automatically moved to the shopping cart in the top right of the product page.
After adding all the products you want to order to your cart, continue the purchase process by clicking “My Cart” in the top right, where you can check all the products you’ve added and the quantities you want. There you’ll find the “Next step” button. Click it to move to a new page.
Last step! Fill in the form with your billing details and payment method.
After filling in the form and clicking “SUBMIT ORDER,” you’ll be called shortly by an advisor from our Call Center department.
How do I order by phone?
By calling our call center at +40 219 907 (standard rate), an advisor will take your order over the phone.
How do I order by email?
We also welcome orders by email, at: [email protected]
Orders by email must follow this format:
Email subject: the words “New order” followed by your name.
Required content in the email:
The name of the product ordered and the quantity/sqm
Your first and last name. If you’d like the invoice made out to a company, please include the company name along with the name of the company representative and their ID details.

Payment method (cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card payment)
City/County
Delivery address

How do I order in the showroom?
As soon as you arrive, an advisor will assist you while you decide on the product you want. You can also pick up a shopping list at reception to jot down the products you’re interested in. In the showroom you can place your order and pay on the spot in line with our terms and conditions, or you can pay later by bank transfer or online by card.
