Stock and ordering:
Products available in the warehouse are marked on the website with the words “In stock.” If the product you want isn’t in stock/in the warehouse, it will be marked on the website with the word “Pre-order” and will be brought in either as a special order or as soon as possible (restocking); we recommend getting in touch with a sales advisor (Call Center Department – +40 219 907), who will give you the exact timeframe. In this case, a 40% deposit is paid, with the remainder due once the product arrives. Ordered products are only shipped once they’ve been paid for in full, recorded in the account of ROCK STAR CONSTRUCT SRL ROMANIA.
Important! For projects, we can supply other dimensions, thicknesses, or even materials to order, depending on what’s needed. For more details, get in touch with an advisor from the Sales Department.
Tip! Over 90% of PIATRAONLINE products are in stock, with very large inventory (over 150,000 square meters); in exceptional situations, stock for some products can run out quickly.
