Weber Pas Mozaik 20 Kg – Mosaic decorative plaster
This mosaic type decorative grouting is used for finishing and protecting the surfaces exposed to wear: fences, pillars, home bases or for various outdoor and indoor decorations.
This mosaic type decorative pasty grouting is based on synthetic resins. Contains specially selected natural or colored material grains. Medium grained grouting which contains natural colored marble grains.

Fine granulation: 16 colours
Medium granulation: 4 colours
Application surface:
It can be applied over insulation system, over the base grouting or over the insulating grouting.
Support preparation:
Support surface must be dry, leveled, homogenous, fixed and resistant. Support surface must also be at maturation age.
Preparation and work method:
Prior to application the grouting must be mixed well. The entire quantity required for an area will be mixed in a bowl. Use material with the same production date.
On the grouting surface apply a coat of weber G700 primer and let it dry for 5-12 hours. If the primer is too thick, you can add up to 5% water.
Coatings are applied in a thin layer using a stainless steel trowel.
Recommendations:
Working temperature is between 5 C degrees to 30 C degrees .
Fresh grouting should be protected from frost, water or rain for 5-6 days. Water infiltration behind the decorative grouting must be prevented. Used tools must be washed with water immediately after use. After application, the bucket will be closed tightly so that the remaining material does not harden.

Time for drying: 24 h
Time for homogenization: 1 minute
These times are given for a temperature of 20 degrees C and a relative humidity of 65%. Higher values shorten and lower temperatures increase these times.
