What is the procedure, if I receive broken tiles with my order?
Because it is a natural products, there are batches with geological variations, when it comes to color, markings, texture and dimensions. All types of natural stone are more or less porous and needs sealing. Some products are easy to scratch and cut, therefore will need extra care for handling and transportation. Percentage of cracks and flaws for an order is between 1 and 5 %, depending on the delivered quantity.
