Artico Grey Granite with flamed finish exhibits a powerful charisma and an intense color range, thanks to its grain size with mainly grey shades, subtle white tones and black tones. Artico Grey Granite adds value to the areas and brings in a sophisticated ambience.
The flamed finish is a procedure obtained by applying a flame of approximately 2000 degrees Celsius over the stone surface. The flame causes the surface layer to expand and flake off and thus the rough surface is revealed and ultimately tile variation in thickness is about 1-5 mm.
Artico Grey Granite with flamed finish is recommended for interior and exterior residential areas, with flooring and cladding in medium traffic areas.
Things you should know about installation:
- all tiles need to be wiped clean before installation;
- pay extra attention to handling, because this is a natural material;
- for ensuring a proper bonding of tiles, make sure you apply adhesive all over their surface;
- for tiles bonding, it is recommended to use Weber Set Porcelain Max²;
- use Weber Color Comfort for grouting, available in 30 shades.
Tips for granite aftercare:
- use LTP Grimex for cleaning, before and post installation;
- seal the surface with LTP Mattstone;
- for cleaning and stone aftercare, even after installation, we recommend LTP Waxwash, with absolutely no influence over the already sealed surfaces.
