Free advice offered in-store, on the website, by phone, by email, or even on Facebook.
Flexibility when you receive your products. Before accepting the goods, you can inspect them, and if the products don’t match the order, you can call us right away and send photos of the issues. Once we’ve reviewed any errors, you can refuse the goods free of charge.
Promotions, which you can hear about by subscribing to our newsletter or by email, so you’re always up to date with what’s new.
Goods ordered online/at a distance can be returned within 14 days, in line with the legal terms and conditions stated on our website.
