LTP Mattstone Natural Stone Sealer
LTP Mattstone is a high-performance impregnating sealer designed for both interior and exterior applications. It provides a natural finish and is specifically recommended for honed surfaces of natural and artificial stone, unglazed ceramic tiles, concrete, brick, and quarry stone. This versatile sealer is suitable for use on walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, garages, terraces, and balconies.

Recommended Uses
Ideal for a variety of settings including bathrooms, covered terraces, stairs, countertops, window sills, fireplaces, and uncovered terraces. Suitable for both interior and exterior wall cladding, as well as interior floor covering and exterior paving with varying traffic levels.
Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Clean with specific detergents if necessary.
- Test the solution on a less visible area before general application.
- Shake the can well and apply a thin coat using a brush, cloth, pad, or sponge, or by spraying.
- Apply within a temperature range of +5 to +25°C.
- Ensure a uniform finish and remove any residues visible after one hour.
- For very porous surfaces, apply a second coat after 2 hours from the first application.
- Allow the surface to dry for 2 hours, noting that full potential is reached in 3 days.
Coverage
- Low absorption surfaces: 10 sqm per 1-2 L
- High absorption surfaces: 10 sqm per 3-4 L
Maintenance and Precautions
- Avoid applying under direct sunlight and in poorly ventilated areas.
- Keep surfaces away from water for at least 3 days post-application.
- For high porous surfaces, consider applying a surface sealer as well.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. May cause drowsiness and dizziness. Repeated exposure can lead to dry or cracked skin. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical advice immediately and keep the label/container at hand.
