Efthymios Warlamis, the author of the book Poetic Architecture was a versatile artist, known for his many skills and contributions to art and architecture. He studied at the Hochschule für Angewandte Kunst, Wien, and was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Architecture from 1974 up to 1981. He was also a visiting professor for a couple of European universities and was involved in many educational projects. Warlamis is well known for his work as an architect, sculptor, painter, designer, and writer, displayed in museums and exhibition centers throughout Europe, the USA, Asia, and Egypt.
